Generally, pods should be used as soon as possible after purchase. While DRT pods do not expire, their flavor and quality may decline after one year. If not used immediately, it is best to seal the pods in a vacuum-sealed package and store them in a dry environment at room temperature.

The DRT device is not a disposable product and should be treated as an electronic device. Please follow local, regional, national, and/or international regulations for proper disposal at designated hazardous or special waste collection points.

You can use a cotton swab dampened with alcohol (make sure to remove excess alcohol) to clean the contacts inside the DRT open system device and on the DRT pods. This can help resolve issues with poor contact between the pod and the vaporizer rod caused by moisture affecting the contacts.

Hold the mouthpiece facing upward, gently tap the DRT pod on a table, and then reinsert it into the vaporizer rod. This will help bring any trapped small air bubbles to the surface, ensuring that the e-liquid is fully absorbed by the coil.

If the issue persists, try using a different DRT pod to see if it improves.”

Connect the charging port to a suitable power source.
Use a dry cotton swab or a slightly damp one to clean the charging contacts on the vaporizer rod and charging base.”

If the DRT pod leaks, remove it from the device, wipe off the leaked e-liquid, and reinsert it into the vaporizer rod. Minor leaks are normal, but DRT pods are of high quality, and the likelihood of leakage during regular use is minimal.

To prevent leaks, follow these tips:

Inhale gently – vigorous inhalation may draw e-liquid into the mouthpiece.
Avoid applying excessive pressure while inhaling – do not squeeze or bite the mouthpiece.
Secure the mouthpiece by gently pinching the outer edge to ensure it fits properly without forcing it.
If your DRT device continues to leak excessively after following these steps, please store the device and contact us.”

Changes in humidity and high altitudes can result in moisture inside the DRT pod packaging.

A loose magnet inside the vaporizer rod may produce a “clanking” sound. If the vaporizer rod charges properly, this issue will not affect its performance.

Try using a different DRT pod. If all pods fail to fit properly, the issue may be with the DRT device.
If you have another DRT device, insert the pod and see if it fits. If it still doesn’t fit, the problem is likely with the pod.”

When there is residual material or moisture on the contacts inside the vaporizer rod, poor contact may occur.
Use a dry cotton swab to wipe away any dust or moisture from the bottom of the DRT device pods and the contacts inside the vaporizer rod. For removing residual material, lightly dip the cotton swab in alcohol (remove excess alcohol) and clean the contacts.”

Remove the pod and reinsert it to reset the device.

Wipe the metal charging contacts on the bottom of the DRT device and the USB charger with a dry cotton swab, then try again.

Many electronic devices with magnets may interfere with each other. When charging on a laptop, the DRT device may trigger the laptop’s internal magnet, causing it to enter sleep mode.
This will not damage your computer, but if it occurs, try using a different USB port. Additionally, keep the DRT device away from key cards, credit cards, other magnetic strip items, and pacemakers by at least 15cm.”

Damage caused by operations beyond the device’s intended use.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or tampering with the device or its components.
Damage from using non-MR FOG approved accessories or accessories beyond their intended use.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and plastic breakage.
Devices with altered, erased, or illegible serial numbers.
Battery degradation due to normal daily use. Please contact the MR FOG customer service team for more information on battery degradation.
Additionally, the DRT device’s electronic pods are not covered under the warranty. Opening, disassembling, or attempting unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.”
