We aim to ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends) of receiving your order but processing times may be affected by the covid-safe protocols we have in place (see Covid-19 Shipping Update). Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not ship at the weekend or public holidays.

MRfog.com offers free shipping on domestic U.S. orders that have a basket size of CA$100 or over, after any discount or coupon is applied. You must use coupon MF120SALE to get the free shipping in the checkout.

If the order submitted and the payment processed it cannot be cancelled once the tracking information has been generated. To cancel an order, please contact customer support team as soon as possible and allow 24 bussiness hours for the request to be proceseed.
